For peace of mind – if you are not 100% satisfied, find our returns form in FAQ and send your purchase back to us within 30 days and we can make an exchange or provide a complete refund. We’re here to look after you and want you to be able to buy in absolute confidence.

General for all products
1) All returns must be sent back to our address on the return form and customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If you ordered the incorrect necklace size you can send it back to us via regular mail, we will fix it, and return it to you with regular mail. (Not the Priority Mail we use for the initial product shipment.) This is all free of charge, however, if you want us to use Priority Mail when shipping it back to you, you should also send a check for eur 7.00.

2) Returned items must be in unworn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) wirenameshop.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Customer is responsible for any tax incurred for the return. Item must be returned to the address stated on your return form.
4)Unwanted or unopened items returned to wirenameshop.com must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. wirenameshop.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.
5) Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in your original payment method and will be processed in about 30 business days when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by wirenameshop.com.
6) Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, you can mark it on your return form and we will ship the requested exchanged size to you for free.

Return form is included in your parcel, if you miss the form, please kindly request a return or exchange via email
Registered airmail cost and express shipping cost are non-refundable

Please note: You are responsible for return postage. We advise you send all items by using a Recorded/Insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition we can either exchange or refund your order. We will pay for the shipping of the exchange however for countries that it applies to, customs charges will still apply for replacement items. We cannot absorb this cost. Please inform yourself if customs duties apply in your country.
